The talk show that
is geared toward reaching the young people in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Focus in Touch
is a one-hour issues oriented radio show. Created and moderated by Barbara Handfield,
Focus in Touch is devoted to giving a meaningful voice to teenage youth.
When you listen to Focus in Touch, you hear
how Turks and Caicos teenagers perceive the world, their issues, their thoughts their
words.
Spotlighting:
- Social problems
- The importance of a good education
- individual students in various high schools
- Role models in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Getting young people involved and expressing themselves
in a positive way is one of the main goals of Focus in Touch.
